A large provider of health cost sharing and PPO plans partnered with Autum Digital to manage their online advertising program. The Autum team was able to optimize campaigns, and find profitable new platforms (including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and Whitelisted Social Media Campaigns). Each platform supported a business goal:

2. Implementation of a Marketing Automation Program for one of the Nation's Largest Medicare Part-D Providers

 

The Autum Digital team was selected to implement a marketing automation strategy for a large Medicare Part-D provider. The Autum team developed a strategy oriented around the buying journey, and the customer persona, and successfully integrated the solution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This implementation was complicated by the fact that SFMC was connected to a proprietary CRM, and the development work was still underway as the marketing automation program was being built, requiring some creative technical problem solving at each step. Medicare Part-D is a highly regulated space, requiring the Autum team to provide it's own content review, and to partner with the client to ensure compliance.
