Autum Digital was selected by the largest medical equipment disposition solutions provider in the United States. The initial engagement was to work with Google to remove a series of ad restrictions that did not apply. The next was to work within the customer's online point of sale system to improve the way that used equipment (available for purchase by refurbishers). In addition to being a partner for ongoing graphic design, and ad hoc email marketing needs, the Autum team continues to maintain and grow revenue through this channel.
Online tracking of a user activity is becoming increasingly regulated. Autum Digital was selected to provide an analytics solution for an organization under scope for GDPR (EU), PECR (UK), PIPEDA/CCPA (CA), and the various US-State based regulations. Autum Digital helped implement a compliant cookie-based tracking policy, a cookie-consent process, and helped guide updates to the customer's privacy and cookie-policy through our in-house counsel. Additionally, the Autum tech team created a "data lake", comprised of tracking data from this implementation, and first party data from the organizations ERP and CRM systems. This advanced reporting dashboard allows leadership at the organization to interact with marketing data in real-time and to understand the contribution to revenue of various marketing tactics across all of their business units.
Autum Digital was selected by a multi-national company specializing in the sterilization, as well as laboratory testing of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment to overhaul their online learning academy. This organization has multiple business divisions, each led by PhD and MD level experts, who are subject matter experts in the area of safely bringing pharmaceutical and medical equipment to market. The learning academy was originally conceived as a way for their team of experts from across business units (and Countries) to educate the market, but the site powering the academy had become a limiting factor. Autum Digital helped to replatform the site, achieving 3 key business goals:
· The new academy site published an excerpt for each content piece that was discoverable by search engines, allowing for increased visibility
· The new academy site synced with an Azure/Active Directory SSO to allow existing customers and academy users to log-in
· The new academy was integrated with CRM to facilitate new net registered user in the site being added as a lead
All of the re-platformed content was optimized to rank for the keywords that matter most to the businesses.
