Frequently asked questions

Local Service Ads (LSAs) are a type of digital advertising offered by Google, designed to connect local businesses with potential customers in their area.

At the very top of Google search results when people search for specific services, like “Dermatologists near me” or “Primary care doctors.” They appear above both paid search ads and organic results.

Regular paid search ads charge for every click and usually send people to a website. LSAs charge only for leads, like calls and messages, let customers contact you directly from the ad, and show a Google verification badge. See the full comparison

Directly from the ad, by phone call or message, without needing to visit your website. They can also see your business profile with ratings and reviews.
